We have recently completed a new build hotel for Clayton Dalata in Manchester. Located on the corner of Portland Street and Sackville Street, the hotel comprises 329 bedrooms and rises 16 stories above ground.
The building frame and facade is constructed entirely from precast concrete panels. Conceived as a carved solid form that responds to the context, the façade is expressed as a grid that has been articulated to provide a fluid composition.
