We have recently completed AVRO for urban Splash in Ancoats, Manchester. Together with the reputed local and national property developer Urban Splash, we have created 31 traditional, canal side loft apartments; some of the biggest in Manchester. Set over five floors the one, two and three bedroom lofts feature walls of exposed brickwork and cast iron columns.
