The project, by the Special Projects division of George Wimpey City (formerly Wimpey Homes), is a 32 storey residential development on a strategically important site facing the Tyne at the end of the Terry Farrell master plan for the Quayside district of Newcastle, accommodating 147 apartments and car parking for 127 cars in a podium block over four storeys. A new landscaped courtyard is proposed to the majority of the site that will be predominantly hard landscaped to facilitate pedestrian movement across the site.
