The house has been designed for a young family comprising 5 bedrooms, living spaces & double garage over three stories. A brick base ties the building into the site and its local context, with a two storey rendered box sat above. A quality landscaping scheme utilising local red sandstone and other natural materials will tie the building into its context. High performance SIPS will be used to build the house, making it quicker to build as well as greener.
