New build 4 star hotel comprising 329 rooms in Manchester city centre.
The scheme from 1st floor upwards is constructed and finished in precast panels. The building is conceived as a carved solid form that responds to the context. The façade is expressed as a grid that has been articulated to provide a more fluid composition, combining recessed panels in a heavy texture to achieve a more dynamic aesthetic to the external envelope.
