Located in Manchester’s Civic Quarter, the project comprises a 256 unit apart-hotel and a 4 star hotel containing 328 rooms. The massing and elevational treatment of the two different uses is clearly expressed. The building structure and envelope is constructed from precast concrete panels creating a rigour and order to the façade.
